  One of Cambodia's leading corporations, Prince Holding Group ("Prince Group"), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) to start a scholarship program for Cambodian university students. Prince Group will cover the whole cost of tuition and stipends for 400 selected students pursuing Bachelor of Science degrees at leading Cambodian universities such as the Royal University of Phnom Penh, the National University of Management, and the Cambodian Institute of Technology. Over the course of seven years, Prince Group will contribute more than $2 million. Prince Group will collaborate with the government to achieve the goals established in the Education Strategic Plan, as public-private partnerships are critical (2019-2023). With a beachfront that stretches for more than 6 kilometres, this large-scale development will include a sustainable ecosystem of tourism, commercial, and residential activity, with the capacity to house up to 130,000 people.
